This is a 37 feet x 12 foot 3 bedroom luxury Cosalt "Geneva" - sleep up to 6 - mobile home.�It is situated on a very private, single, flat site about 60 yards from the main self catering cottages, overlooking the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside. Your car or cars can be parked directly outside. The location is well suited to the small family or couple seeking a peacful mobile home holiday away from the busy sites at Tenby and Saundersfoot. The nearest villages are Jeffreyston (Pub and Bistro restuarant - 3 minutes by car), and The Carew Inn near Carew castle both serving excellent food. Please note - as with the cottages - this is a non-smoking caravan. Please respect this and smoke outside if you are a smoker.

The very spacious and modern mobile home has all the conveniences of home, these include:

A large lounge/diner, and double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (not bunks) duvets, mains water drainage and electricity; fridge, full size gas cooker, colour T.V.,DVD player, radio bedside digital alarm clock, electric iron, sandwich maker, filter coffee maker, microwave oven, interior shower and wash hand basin and a separate toilet. Outside there is a flat car parking space directly alongside the caravan, and a lawn if the children wish to put up a tent or play ball games on. There is of course also access to the play area, trampolines and games room. Also outside there is a rotary clothes drier, picnic table and a barbeque. The caravan has a full inventory however...

duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases, towels and tea-towels are normally NOT provided, but can be hired for £5 per bed per stay. Sorry No cats. One well behaved dog allowed after discussion.

Conditions of hire. Main holiday seasons (Sat _ Sat) flexible booking at other times

ARRIVALS from 3.00pm Saturday. DEPARTURES by 10am Saturday. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing by return first class post enclosing a one third booking deposit for each week which is non-returnable if you cancel. The balance is payable (please send a cheque) 8 weeks before your holiday begins. Late bookings require full payment upon booking.
