This superb spacious holiday cottage barn conversion Sleeps up to 9 people + cot is situated in the grounds of Harrolds Farm (a non-working farm)a peaceful setting yet convenient for the many attractions in the area and the superb sandy beaches at the popular resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot. The Barn has been sympathetically renovated retaining all the character of the old building - exposed natural stonework and pitch pine 'A' frames and beams and pine floors to most rooms.The Barn has real charm and character. The Barn been furnished and equipped to offer a high quality of holiday 5* accommodation. Duvets and bed linen are provided, and beds are made up for your arrival. Internet access has been added autumn 09.

Accomodation specification: A very spacious Lounge as seen in the photo,with a lovely wood burning stove, wide screen T.V. Freeserve digital, DVD and mini hi fi. French doors to front and rear. A very large quality fitted kitchen/dining room. This has a feature cross-beamed ceiling - electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.The North wing of the property comprises: Separate Wc/whb. Family bedroom 1, double and single bed with en suite bath, separate shower cubicle/wc/whb. Stairs to Bedroom 2, 2 single beds (restricted head-room - children love this room! -it's fine for adults too!). The South wing comprises: Bedroom 3, double bed. Bedroom 4, 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath/shower over/wc/whb. Patio with garden furniture and rotary clothes line. Communal lawn area shared with The Stables. Rent inclusive of electricity and hot water. Oil central heating costs are included in 2010 charges. The Barn has proved to be very popular during the Winter and Spring months as a lovely venue for family bithday parties or get-togethers. For larger groups of friends, colleagues or families, The Barn and Stables (next door to each other) could be booked together, sleeping up to 13 + 3 cots.
